Mike deserves 10 stars! Not like any realtor I have ever worked with. I can not say enough great things about Mike. My family and I are just so appreciative. From the get-go Mike was on the ball with everything. He really stayed on top of everything the whole time . We moved from another state in a hurry. He got us help with a mortgage company and found us a realtor in our home state to help us sell our home. Mike took a Saturday and part of Sunday out of his busy schedule and from his family to show us 18 properties. He even went the extra mile and went and videoed a home for us that we wanted to see the floor plan on because we were not able to get out to Texas any sooner. After we found a home and our offer was accepted it didn’t stop there, Mike basically took care of everything on the texas end and we didn’t have to worry about anything. Any questions I had he got back to me right away, and checked on things if he didn’t already have an answer. Throughout the whole process Mike made us feel comfortable, he wasn’t pushy, and he made sure we were happy and got what we wanted. In my life I have bought three homes and with Mikes help this was by far the smoothest, least stressed transaction I have had and it was across state lines. Mr. Osborne was referred to me by my out of state realtor. I had only two days to find and purchase a home. Mike was awesome. We were in contact long before my trip to Texas, and he asked me about everything I was looking for. On my first day he showed me several homes, with more to come on day two. The next morning when he picked me up at my Denton hotel, we discussed what we had seen on day one, and then went looking again. Sure enough, Mike found exactly what I was looking for. It was the right style, size, location, price range, etc. I was crazy about it and before I knew it, he was on the phone to the seller's realtor. We went immediately to Mike's office where he made further calls to close the deal before any other buyers could even see the home.
